Managers and train masters need to have better leadership training being a manager or train master doesn't mean threatening termination to your subordinates all the time.

Everyday I feel like I'm keeping America going with the product we move so I feel as if I'm doing a great service for my country
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Morale .... praise people and give them good emails for staying marked up or doing a good job or fixing the train when there are issues not just always out to punish or discipline. Get to know your people their needs strengths and weaknesses offer more training.
