Office morale has hit a low point and I don't see it changing for the better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership has lost all focus on their employees. They are too concerned with the bottom line and will do whatever it takes to achieve their goal. They tout record earnings then turn around and completely restructure an entire craft to "streamline" operations and save money. Makes no sense.
