Again, it starts at the top, we need to feel valued and appreciated for our work by better compensation.

Myself included, better communication across the board. Our technology today should leave no one in the dark on important issues.

We have been passed up in all these categories by other industries. When I started my career, the railroad was a premier job. Not so much recently.
