What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervision overhaul. Very few supervisors have any kind of communication skills. At least 90% of supervision has no leadership ability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better relationship with employees, when they are trained that they are better then the people the supervise from day one and are just out to fire everyone, there is a huge wedge that is driven between employees and supervision. Job would be great if we had a different supervision attitude.
