Retirement is 1st. Health 2nd pay 3. I like that we are tryinf to have regular off days
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trainmaster has really been in touch with crews to let them get the work done safely and timely but make decisions on how it's done and not over manage every situation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are asked to do the impossible some days. We are left with no second shift some days with traffic that needs to be switched. Management before current cut second shift off to make it look like we saved mny in reality we increased over time across board. I don't like carcfaliure people depend on
