They leave me alone to do my job. They don’t do this for every subordinate position though.

We need frontline managers that actually know and want to know their territory for which they work in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are too many environments throughout our company to say. Mine is fine because I am left alone for eight hours.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do more than the bare minimum. Not much we can improve together. My position is an isolated job, working by myself for eight hours.
