Stop putting the whole insurance fund maintenance on the employees. Then make them pay huge amounts to use the insurance.

Fresh out of college, does not know how to lead professionals. ( Supervisors) Does not understands parts logistics and barely understands their own jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat the men fair and like pros. As generals listen more to the guys in the trenches and less to troops in the rear.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Well, since the supervisor`s raises are based on disciplining the men they need to perform so their performance s marks are met,,, ITS NOT TO GOOD!!
