We all work together as a "team" there is no one out there for themselves. We are all out there for the same purpose, to make money to support our families
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Men and women who work for smaller railroads make more then I do as a foreman. I believe that we deserve a fair wage as the work we do every day is not by any meens easy.
