Overall I like working for the company but the overall moral has been steadily going down since the attempted take over.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To petty and self oriented.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to stop treating employee's like they are a burden.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm not in a factory and am not on a set schedule per say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that a railroad is a 24 hour operation that doesn't stop at 3:30 and on the weekends. Also that it's smarter to try to earn more money than it is to make cuts and deplete your staff and lower safety to save a buck.
