Management.. again.. and again.. their entire system needs reworked

Coverage and Deductibles are great.

Management needs to support and work with the workforce of T&E instead of constantly jumping down our throats
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They're practically out for blood. They mistreat us, abuse their "power" and are trained to meet quota style rules infractions limits. I've never been so displeased with management in my life.
