Upper management should be asking middle management why do we gangs we can’t fill? Why do we positions we can’t fill, and if the answer is other then them, the answer is not true full
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Middle management is very weak, they coverup their enables to plan and manage the workforce by spending money to hide their weakness. NS upper management make money by not paying the craftsman their far share. If Mr Squires wat a good person and a fair person all crafts would have a contract now!
