Adversarial, competition, hate and low morale
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale is very low. There is no incentive, monetarily or otherwise, to do better or help out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Totally adversarial. All Dept heads fight amongst themselves both within and outside there Dept’s. The labor are left behind to “Do as you’re told”.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are asked to continually do more with less and not compensated for it. Management continues to bonus we continue to get less and less every year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership? What is that? There are very few “Managers” with actual experience or leadership skills. The majority are people with zero integrity and are puppets for the senior management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are told from the beginning that we do this for or families and our paycheck. Show us that you care about our home lives and pay us accordingly.
