Fix our insurance or better pay. If they give us a raise they take most of it in insurance costs

Just don’t treat us well as employees management treats us like we are robots wish they treated us better employees drive the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and treating us like humans They have no care for us most of our senior bosses have no idea who you are unless you work first shift. It is really embarrassing. All they care about is stock prices
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I know they have to take care of stock holders but we make the company run show some care and respect toward the workers. We work 364 days 24 hrs a day rain snow freezing or hot and get the job done to drive our company and management don’t care
