I go to work feeling that it might be my last day working due to the very over strict rules. The company wasn’t even handing out winter gloves this winter but the company stresses safety first.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is only there to watch you very closely in hopes that you will break one of the very many rules so they will get to handle you and get a bonus. That’s the only way Trainmaster’s get a bonus, by how many people they discipline in a month.
