Morale is low and it’s not the workers it’s the bosses. The bosses handicap us every step of the way!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our bosses don’t even know our names, nor care to want to. They know nothing about locomotives and run a shop on statistics leaving quality of work to suffer horribly. They constantly degrade and belittle us with reminders of penalty of loss of job or time on the street unpaid.
