Not being dictators. Believe it or not, employees and employers don't have to be enemies all the time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not a dictator type superintendent on the Pittsburgh division who believes EVERYTHING needs to be punitive. There's a saying he doesn't get- " no harm, no foul"!
