We need to improve solidarity.
As described earlier, the culture is profit and discipline-driven. There's no incentive to do a job well or efficiently or help anyone else out.
I would feel better with a better health and welfare agreement and if the carrier management would live up to and honor the current working agreement.
Everything. From people skills, to motivational tools, to resources. Upper management should empower lower management who should empower employees to do their job well. None of that happens.
It needs to be more of an empowering, open and honest culture. Right now, the culture is on profits, budgets and discipline. There's no thought to the personnel, other than how to get the most, whilst paying the least and when something goes wrong, how to blame it on them.
