What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It’s a laughing stock. NS should model after BNSF and cut the management in half. The railroad runs its self without being micro managed by 5-8 bosses who none of which are on the same page
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
11 Year’s at NS and I can say Norfolk Southern is the lowest paid class 1 Railroad in the Country. Our time slips do NOT get paid even with the page, article number, and paragraph directly from the contract in with the claim. At the end of 2016 alone NS stills owes me over $4,000 for work performed.
