
Quit hiring people based on Diversity and start hiring people who can DO the job. Qualified is qualified and matters not color race or religion. Diversity is going to ruin this company. Incentives to work SMARTER are not appreciated by management...they fire the best workers and let slackers get by.
Hold management accountable. Make their bonuses based on performance and not writeups. If they cost the company money, make their bonuses go away. Most run the company on bad decisions and blame the workers. Their ineptness cost money they do not even have to write a check for. They Care less!
Stop getting into politics...Stop Diversity and HIRE people who can do the job correctly who have a stake in its success. if they make a bad decision, effect THEIR bonuses. Labor need smarter people too. Unions treat the dumb people the same as smart and their is NO incentive to get better.
