What are some of the best things about your team?
Our people actually care and show up to do their very best. Even though the company wants to fire them and gives NO positive reinforcement.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managements attitude toward the employees. Also in my case an impending move to Atlanta, if I had wanted to work in Atlanta I would have applied there. My co workers feel the same.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on what makes the Railroad tick. What actually pleases our customers not the stock holders. If the customer isn’t happy I don’t see how anyone else could be. Despite what looks good on paper
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the company wants to do is fire people. To the point of playing old recordings looking for mistakes. When there has been no complaint filed. The company is eaten up with corporate greed and only cares a out stock holders instead of the employees that keep the Railroad working.
