What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing the railroad more and worrying about writing everyone up for any minor or imagined infraction. Low level mgmt. have no actual RR skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to take more time to do safe, but effective work. Pay more attention to the little things so they don't become big things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management focus is on discipline not safe quality movement of freight. Managers are judged on how many workers they write up and not overall service metrics of their area. Only those that dog the workers are promoted.
