What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is extremely minimal leadership at NS. There are people holding positions but they are not leaders. Only puppets to fire their own employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The entire work force hates NS. Relations between company and employees needs to improve. Union needs to stop being sell outs and do what they are paid to do. And giving up our jobs so there's that much more for the stockholder
