What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Discipline I was a manager at a previous employer.My mentor and Aubrey Daniel's preaches you commend before you reprimand. No coaching they think they can rule with an iron fist. The problem is you can't teach what you don't know.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I previously stated know the job not only yours but what others are up against. Don't make it so its us against them. Interact with crews not just at times of discipline. No favoraratism . Everyone I work with is trying to provide for their families let's keep it that way. Nobody should be out.
