Good career, poor management, hostile enviroment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the hostility of management to employee. Stop putting us in the hotel away from terminal for phantom trains.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It's not the co worker its the hostile management. It may not be the lower management. It could be they are a product of thier enviroment. They just have not found what it takes to lead.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My company agreed to our contract but repeatedly denies our claims even though we performed the extra service. This performs two tasks: to ensure the company maintains and hires necessary employees, and compensates the employees for working another job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our company does not care about the customer or competes to grow the company. Let the employee do their job if they are not hazardous, pay the employee the work performed, service the customer, and grow the customers; thus jobs. We are a geographic monopoly, cash in.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leave the employee alone. We are not out to make you or the company fail. If the company goes under, we do too. We do the work pay us. There is no need to lay in the bushes and try to write us up for every little thing. The real safety risk does his foul ups in the open.
