Promote on merit and not who's buddies with who's doing the promoting
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Promoting college grads with zero work ethic or proven merit or experience. No leadership. Yes men. If you give accurate feedback and it reflects negatively on management you will be marked (problematic) and not considered for future promotions. If you tell them everything is good you get promoted.
