What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Toxic work environment of demoralized staff across all departments from excessive and pointless cuts, unrealistic expectations, and never satisfied managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lots of responsibility and accountability and no appreciation or monetary compensation for efforts, just complaints about things you have no power to control and counterproductive technology "tools" compliance that inevitably makes your job harder instead of easier.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect and a less paranoid view of employees. They didn't always hate working for you. No one takes a job they will hate. It's you, not them that alters their impressions and attitude.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Tyrannical, inappropriately demoralizing behavior. No one will like working for you or feel compelled to try harder when the only possibly feedback is negative. Show some appreciation. It's the people that work for you that move the company and allow it to prosper, not the executive team.
