Treating employees more like human beings. Teach us to learn from our mistakes instead of trying to fire us for them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many managers. We are treated like children and punishments are harsh and negatively effect the moral of all employees when we always have to watch our back so we don't get fired and can't provide for our families
