If someone shows up almost 20 times to interview, don’t you think you should give that employee a chance by then?

Stop trying to fire everyone for any little thing. Train masters are ALWAYS out to give you a start or something similar.

We are always rushed to get the job done. Trainmasters are like hungry dogs trying to find one little thing to get us into trouble.
