We work together. We respect each other. Maybe the higher ups could take some lessons off of us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better treatment of your workers. Show us that we actually matter instead of laying us off like we never meant anything to the growth of your company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We want to feel like the company actually does care about us. We're the last on their list of importance. They have no problem laying men off who have gave them years of hard working service. They not honest with us nor forth coming on laying us off without notice
