My team are ready to jump in and help a moment notice. We are flexible, we have our roles but able to fill in. I love the diverse knowledge that we have from various background.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As we focus on providing the most value to our customers and stakeholders. The company has undergone a lot of cuts, the environment is always changing - its feels like a start up right now.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
it was very intimidating, a minority young woman sat in front of a panel of 5 white males, They were firing questions from left to right. It was a taste of what management looks like at NS, mainly white men.
