What are some of the best things about your team?THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND WE GET ALONG WELL SO LONG AS MANAGEMENT DOESDN'T MEDDLE
What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was a casual environment where they did a good job of testing my technical ability while also making sure I was a good fit.
What makes you most happy at work?The autonomy. I like feeling in control of my work and management does a good job of letting me excel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have to fight for every compensation increase I receive. I would appreciate it if management was more active about compensating strong employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership should concern themselves with people who produce a quality product but instead they barade and ensure any of their shortcomings are taken directly out on you.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Better compensation, for wages, PTO, retirement plans, health insurance benefits. More investment of the company in our career growth and employee retention. More concern for equity and supporting diversity across the company.
