- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership should concern themselves with people who produce a quality product but instead they barade and ensure any of their shortcomings are taken directly out on you.
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Better compensation, for wages, PTO, retirement plans, health insurance benefits. More investment of the company in our career growth and employee retention. More concern for equity and supporting diversity across the company.
