Helping people, no one wants to come into a parts store to spend money out of the blue. I like to make them happy on the way out.
The laughter. The caring nature of my co workers. Majority of customers are pleasant.
when customers are pleased ,
Knowing that I am with family and providing great customers always return and hopefully some day be higher in the company

Turnover is caused by greed of managers because of bonus programs for managers.
Poor customer treatment and employee treatment. It can be improved by getting rid of the weak links that dont treat the customers well.

Prices and quality of some of the products.
There is too much work and not enough team members to complete the job. We are all tired of the overtime the past two years. There is so much wrong here but it boils done to lack of training.

Kids at the counter !
To start with up your minimum pay based on the cost of living per state. Offer additional paid training for store leadership personnel in communication and listening skills. Offer more than 10 min breaks to delivery drivers because most of the time we don't even get them.
Pay a better salary to keep employees from going to autozone
Better district manager that will take care of harassers.
Coworkers and positive and friendly attitude.
