COMMUNICATION!!! Meeting and introducing "grunt" workers. Better understanding the solid workers like myself and many others are the only reason that they have ability to line there pockets and receive FAT bonuses.

Better medical insurance. Plain and simple, have never paid as much to be paying so much more additional funds even after the deductibles

Pays less than other retail in the area, always short on people due to high turnover

Zero backing if the customer returns a part for being wrong when they gave wrong information.

Drug testing could improve your employees

Hire people that actually want to work not just hire people because youre understaffed.

That the store manager be more engaged in the process. Ask the proper questions, and give better responses to the person being interviewed.
