Parts discounts. Incentive pay based off sales. Plus fast track training hours we are paid for.
pay rate is good for work expected.
Keep my family happy and always be recognized for my efforts which some months could be better than others but I always push higher and treat every customer like family not just any stranger

The team members care about each other. We take pride in keeping the store safe for customers. We all are there for each other and that's my favorite part of my team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was told they were desperate for people and if I wanted the job and would show up I was hired.
My district manager actually conducted my interview. It was very smooth. I have previous automotive experience so the interview focused on what I did and what I can do. He made me feel very comfortable and very enthusiastic about working with O'Reilly

What makes you most happy at work?
when its time to go home
Helping people, no one wants to come into a parts store to spend money out of the blue. I like to make them happy on the way out.
The laughter. The caring nature of my co workers. Majority of customers are pleasant.

Knowing that I am with family and providing great customers always return and hopefully some day be higher in the company
