This company used to be better and focuses on patient care a year ago. Recently there's been a lot of changes and everything is about metrics and cutting costs. Now, cutting dissolving positions and replacing them with new ones so they can pay them less.

Our team knows how to do teamwork. We've been through a lot but we make sure to help each other during rough times. We still try to manage to smile eventhough we're all drowning.
