Looking out for their team and be apart of the crew. and not be a leader that's there just for the money.
Transparent and seem to be looking out for the employees
Leadership is driven to providing excellence for our patients and providers.
Leadership is very supportive while continuing to encourage quality.
Focus on growth opportunities for the business
Individual knowledge of their staff
They need to be better at. communicating.
Staffing, managing the overwhelming workload for employees, better work and life balance
They have to care about their employees. Stop making us take surveys and lie, so they can get awards! Listen to employees in Reimbursement teams! Stop changing our hours constantly! Pay us what we are worth for our work done!
No training. Very clicky in the intake department. Manager is NOT neutral. Has her favorite ladies. Totally unprofessional
The healthcare options are excellent
Bonus structure is fair. Decent benefits.
I like that the 401k match is offered again
Base Pay is usually fair
PTO accrues immediately and medical benefits begin immediately, 6 paid holidays, yearly merit increase & 401k match.
Ive never seen an infusion center that produces so much volume in such little time of the day.
A livable wage in todays economy would be nice for starters. A health insurance plan without a $3000 deducible and $6000 out of pocket when you already make under $40,000 a year would be fantastic, especially working in health care.
Company works us like robots, treat us like human beings! Respect us. Listen to us when we speak! Give us real raises like higher ups receive and bonuses of six figures for them but we have to work to death & be excited with the minimum. We can't make our bills!
Better treatment of Nurses by corporate.
This company clearly doesn't care about their employees. Sure, they offer insurance and 401k benefits, but they're like cheap dollar store knock-offs of the real thing.
We all feel strongly about providing patient care.
We all care for one another, respect each other work together helping each other out
We work together and value each other
Our team knows how to do teamwork. We've been through a lot but we make sure to help each other during rough times. We still try to manage to smile eventhough we're all drowning.
Cooperation and support are always provided to assure the job gets done correctly.
If youre lucky, youll find a department worth working with. Other than that management like to have employee telling on other employee. Being a minute late getting back from lunch is not a good reason to tell the manager.
Need better leadership with more direction
Everyone is burnt out, so nothing much employees should do but more HR and management needs to fix the root issues
To feel valued. It's hard to feel valued when the company doesn't value you as an employee and what you bring to the table.
They are not team players
Corporate says they value culture and diversity but does a poor way of showing it. Do not address proper HR concerns.
Managers are down to earth with the employees and they try to be nice and helpful as much as possible, not much office drama and coworkers work well together
They hire many types of people
Work with like minded people
Diversity and teamwork. We all work together to meet our goal
Less focus on the bottom line and shareholder value and more focus on the quality of care for patients
leadership/management needs to be more approachable and open to new ideas. money seems to be more important than patient care
Each individual department needs to show appreciation for all departments. Not treat certain departments with blatant disrespect. We are a team and everyone needs to learn to work as a team. People have to stop working for themselves because everything we do should be done for the patient.
The interview process was tedious and conducted with several people.
Easy going and not overly formal
it was a very friendly encounter with all the people that were involved.
They need to be more truthful and not promise things that they can’t delive
bait and switch during the interview, led to believe certain things about the position during the interview that turned out to be false after taking the position
The work itself is rewarding.
Providing excellent service for patients
Success, patient satisfaction, and teamwork
Knowing that even though each day can be a struggle there is a purpose behind it and an end result that we get to see.
Great co-works and a great manager and supervisor
Care about patients and employees by just your numbers
Corporate needs to take a look at nursing infrastructure and get their heads out of their asses...there is a reason why no nurse retaining in mass.
To many mistakes due to under staffing and a lack of caring about patients by management, unless they want fire for causing waves.
Management continually changes up how our jobs are to be done which makes it hard to tell if you are actually doing everything correctly, also management is not honest with their employees about their work performance and will turn around and stab you in the back spontaneously, not trustworthy
