Respect your employees. Stop working them like robots. Give better pay. Pay raises of 1-3% does nothing for us. While higher ups make over six figures & thier bonuses are six digits, we have to work late hours, No Overtime! Company only cares about numbers, KPI's etc. We ALL want RESPECT!

They have to care about their employees. Stop making us take surveys and lie, so they can get awards! Listen to employees in Reimbursement teams! Stop changing our hours constantly! Pay us what we are worth for our work done!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company works us like robots, treat us like human beings! Respect us. Listen to us when we speak! Give us real raises like higher ups receive and bonuses of six figures for them but we have to work to death & be excited with the minimum. We can't make our bills!
