What are some of the best things about your team?
We all feel strongly about providing patient care.
We all care for one another, respect each other work together helping each other out
We work together and value each other
Our team knows how to do teamwork. We've been through a lot but we make sure to help each other during rough times. We still try to manage to smile eventhough we're all drowning.
Cooperation and support are always provided to assure the job gets done correctly.
Not all but a good select few try to keep spirits up, which is hard to do when consistently overwhelmed.
That we work collectively as a team.

Coworkers are funny and nice to each other, they are very celebratory and want to make work more enjoyable as the job itself is very stressful and makes many unhappy

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If youre lucky, youll find a department worth working with. Other than that management like to have employee telling on other employee. Being a minute late getting back from lunch is not a good reason to tell the manager.
Need better leadership with more direction
Everyone is burnt out, so nothing much employees should do but more HR and management needs to fix the root issues
To feel valued. It's hard to feel valued when the company doesn't value you as an employee and what you bring to the table.
They are not team players
Teamwork and better patient focus
Too much work place gossip and drama
My coworkers overall are very efficient in my department. We all work hard and go above and beyond to make sure other departments are not falling behind. the same can not be said about staff as a whole.
