What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a positive experience and outlined the normal day to day job but we have since realigned
The interview process was tedious and conducted with several people.
Easy going and not overly formal
it was a very friendly encounter with all the people that were involved.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more truthful and not promise things that they can’t delive
bait and switch during the interview, led to believe certain things about the position during the interview that turned out to be false after taking the position
