- What would you improve about your company's interview process?It took too long but was otherwise good.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Optiv is focus solely focused on an IPO which means promoting offerings that we cannot deliver on or even worse promoting solutions that we flat out don't have yet. We need to be more honest about our capabilities and stop trying to artificially inflate our value.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is great here, you will likely make good money. However the tradeoff is laughably bad benefits. If you intend to have kids on your medical plan be prepared to pay a lot. Additionally MOST employees are not given or offered any vesting opportunities to the top can pocket all the profit from IPO.
