They lie at interview. Youll be working as partime with partime pay but work between 50-70 hours a week 6 days a week and do rhe exact same job as full timers. Even after past your 90 days they wont put you as a full time. You obviously wont get your benefits for a very long rime becuse of this.

STOP OVER WORKING EMPLOYEES AND GIVE BETTER PAY. BE FAIR. BETTER MANAGEMENT. STOP WELCOMING STARTS WHEN THERE ISNT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES.
