management either lies to you or pushes things off to the side. You get robbed from sales and nobody cares enough about it. I wont be here long.

Everything. Customers love the technicians. they hate the office. wonder why that is. ohh yeah because management are theives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall attitude toward technicians. Orkin cares about sales, that is if your not a technician they care about sales. Have screwed me over numerous times to continue counting. The sad part they screwed themselves by screwing me. I dont do sales now because of it. So I stopped looking.
