Management uses scare tactics and tells technicians that they can easily be replaced. Management doesn't know the stress that is being put on our bodies and has high expectations for things that we can't do. Jobs that we are supposed to do that should be back away from are forced to do by technician

No one is being left out and we help each other out when possible

If you have a family don't apply here they don't care about your health or your family
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard to get jobs done even if we can't. We all feel the same after every job as if we worked extremely over worked and they try to help as much as possible. Communication skills is on point with the technicians except management.
