I love what I do as a technician, I just wish our management team cared about us and made sure we were taking care of.

Solving issues and helping people with their pest problems. I am proud of the work I DO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a team except the Management team. The managers at my branch show no real concern for us, except for money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting what I am owed or was agreed to during my arbitration. Before Covid was better but since is terrible. Sale ,sale, sale is the moto but yet we can't get our money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I love working and doing my job here at Orkin. But my pay has been messed up since Covid started. I did not receive my QSI bonuses at all in 2020. Plus anytime I take off to go to doctor for my heart or Cancer I must you my holiday or vacation time. Should be sick time, I would think.
