Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get paid less than all the male employees. Im a key manager for about 8 years now. I know foh and boh but i get paid way less than the opening grill guy who does even know how to follow a recipe card.

they do not pay us fairly at all. I work harder then most of the people in my position but get paid less then all of them. im tired of being undervalued. im tired of putting in a ton of hours to not get paid anything.

My hourly pay as a server is not too bad. But hourly pay as Takeaway is not enough to make up for the lack of tips due to an excessive amount of third party orders. Many shifts we get extremely busy and the majority of our orders are third party, which we don't get a penny from.

Review from Product Dept

Better hourly wages for employees

They choose sides and favor one person

Only one for the position in the whole building no raise when asked for one. Staff talking about you with others and when you bring the negativity issue up nothing is done about it.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Get your work procedures and directives to be consistent

They work you like a dog and pay you as little as possible. Stealing tips to pay other employees.

I would go far and beyond for the company by doing jobs of others, even management itself still had no recognition and was not valued

i believe service assistanxce should make money

With covid everyones job gets more difficult. The restraunt industry isnt the same as it was and the pay should compensate for the extra difficulties everyone has to deal with.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication and recognition for jobs completed fast and efficient

To be treated like a person! Also ee would have to come in to clean and do meetings and not clock in

I honestly feel like I want to commit suicide every day that I work with this company realizing how much time and effort I put in only to constantly be ridiculed laughed at mocked and harassed. The only reason I work for this company is because I need money

You dont get praise if youre not well liked or had any minor issues in past. Managers especially dont care how hard you work for outback, if they dont personally like you, you will never be recognized for achievements or hard work if you arent a favorite and will not receive help when needed either.

Treatment of older people, I am 56 and management are great. Owner ? Employees and overheard owner telling them I was dumb

Not feeling so frustrated that its impossible to do good work and have it be recognized in a timely fashion.

Review from Operations Dept

If I was paid better for the amount of BS i have to go through

Review from Operations Dept

They just dont care, no matter how many times u talk a manager they just dont care.

Yearly rasies for employees that deserve it
