Good training experience on my first week..
I was lucky enough to work for good managers that valued taking care of their employees and promoted from within. I worked my way up from a host to a server fairly quickly and management was supportive and encouraging.
Inclusive helpful understanding direct amd to the point
Very flexable and willing to work with you
I like the willingness to support and work with the team

They need to learn to hold their upper management accountable for their lack of action on certain issues.
Being fair to all employees
They need to be fair to the employees.
Communication and respect for staff
Get off their phones abd stop ordering tajeout to ve drlivered to restaurant abd sitting down to eat for hours
Having receive it yet just started
Nothing is good about it at all.
No compensation package in place
Insurance and my paid time oft
Relief pay is my favorite
they do not pay us fairly at all. I work harder then most of the people in my position but get paid less then all of them. im tired of being undervalued. im tired of putting in a ton of hours to not get paid anything.
My hourly pay as a server is not too bad. But hourly pay as Takeaway is not enough to make up for the lack of tips due to an excessive amount of third party orders. Many shifts we get extremely busy and the majority of our orders are third party, which we don't get a penny from.
Review from Product Dept
Better hourly wages for employees
They choose sides and favor one person
Only one for the position in the whole building no raise when asked for one. Staff talking about you with others and when you bring the negativity issue up nothing is done about it.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The people is very friendly..
Everyone hates outback as much as me
Work tasks are set up to where all departments work as a team, no one gets overwhelmed unless others are also not pulling their weight. Depending on the team, work is pretty easy.
My coworkers are fantastic. Always willing to help eachother out and be kind.
Review from Sales Dept
We all get along very well, and it is easy to communicate with everybody
They need to understand we all work for the success of the business. When a directive is given it needs to be enforced by management instead of them hiding in the office.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication skills, practicing mindfulness- and especially patience.
No one does the check off list or fills out the sheets to.open or close bar
Communication and working together and working hard to meet a common goal.
Review from Customer Success Dept
get people who dont make everyone feel uncomfortable ehen theyre working. same with management
The Customers as the majority of them are understanding.
Outback managers typically care about employees as individuals, meaning they're pretty understanding when something personal comes up. They offer support and are understanding that the job isn't your entire life.
My coworkers are wonderful and easy to work with.
Review from Sales Dept
My fellow employees are the only positive
The positvity and the relaxed vibe of management but its too relaxed at the same time because management never holds anyone accountable.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Equality in the workspace. Constructive feedback and consistency with all employees
stop yelling at everyone infront of people and to make people feel comfortable about coming to them.
Peoples attitude, peoples work enthusiasm, there work ethics
The amount of complaining, the amount of gossip, the amount of judgement towards the new staff and no effort to help, the anount of staff snapping at others and the level of disrespect
Review from Customer Support Dept
La igualdad y favoritismo y el trato de personal
I had a good experience in my interview.
There is no HR so this bypasses the long waiting process of onboarding. There is some computer training that needs to be completed but outside of that, being accepted as an employee, you can start working pretty quickly after being hired.
The quickness of the response
Review from Sales Dept
Very informal. Easy to onboard.
Review from Operations Dept
That the hiring manager saw my potential, and determination to be an asset to the company.
They don't care who they hire. It's a body.
Maybe, they could be jonest about hours worked
They need to ask more questions they just hire anybody
That's an management issue to follow
Actually have humans schedule interview
interacting with my coworkers and then going home

The food and the people
I enjoy being myself at work and allowing myself to reflect in my work, by offering a unique and memorable experience to guests that isn't some copy and paste script, but something that I create.
Making people who are hungry and sad happy and fed
Review from Sales Dept
Customer interaction. Helping customers and hearing the food was good.
Review from Operations Dept
More servers on day shotf.
Management needs to hold people accountable.
Review from Customer Success Dept
