Overall, my experience has been great. My boss and team are supportive and I feel like we truly have each other's backs. I also feel challenged, engaged, and my quality of life has improved so much since joining Outreach. I also love how leadership truly cares about their employees!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall my experience has been rewarding, challenging, and fun. I've learned so much in the past 2 years on how to grow in my profession, but also how to be a collaborative and authentic business partner. I love that we're fast-paced and growing, I love that we also make time for fun with each other

Flexible PTO policy and refresh/flex Fridays
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard, but has a lot of fun. You truly feel supported and like people have your back. My team is amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they're there to help you through anything and truly want to watch you succeed. Our team also gives a lot of shout outs and encouragements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're passionate about what we're building at Outreach, culture, product, etc. They care about employees and encourage us to do our best, while also supporting us while we learn.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel the most happy when I'm successful in my role, when my coworkers are happy and successful, and to see all the great progress that Outreach has made
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the flexible PTO policy. It's nice to not have to "penny pinch" your days off like I've had to at previous companies. We also have "refresh days" on certain Fridays which has been great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership is transparent, hungry, and caring. I know they have our best interest in mind and they're truly dedicated to making Outreach a wonderful place to work, but also an incredible product for our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the culture at Outreach encourages people to grow professionally AND personally. We have speakers, break out groups on certain topics (i.e. grit), mentor/mentee speed dating twice a month. They foster an inclusive culture where people can be authentic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares about one another. Whether it's providing FULL coverage on PTO, sharing in each other's wins, and doing gratitude Wednesdays in slack where we shout each other out. We also have meetings twice a week that's fully focused on building our culture. I love this team!!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love when I see that my hard work pays off and that my managers and team are there to help get me there. Even on the hardest days, I know my team has my back. (One of our values is Got Your Back and I truly, truly feel it.)
