My senior level team members are really good and have not been afraid to mentor me. My boss challenges me without being a jerk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm new here, but the team has been very welcome, open, inviting, and respectful of my skills - I felt like I had an immediate seat at the table which is super important to me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here genuinely believe in the culture they're producing. Our CEO walks the walk and talks the talk - he's committed to having a diverse culture I can work from home if I want (this is HUGE) and if I'm sick I don't have to come to work
