
I like the transparency across the CEO and other leaders. The monthly chats and global meetings allow us as employees to understand how the leadership team is thinking about the company and its trajectory in the present and future.
I believe the current part of the org that I am on has a close-nit bond. Everyone is wiling to help out, jump into a problem and help solve and genuinely cares about each others interests outside of work.
My team is newer in the organization and is incredible motivated to make an impact. We strive to be 1% better everyday and have a culture of continuous improvement. The balance of working from home and having an office is great. I feel that I have the option to go into the office, but also the flexibility to work remotely. This balance allows me to choose where I am able to achieve the greatest output for the day/week. I would also say that the equity + pay.
