A good balance of freedom to do things on my own as well as times to collaborate and work as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is good. Base is competitive, variable paid out 2x a year is inspiring, and RSUs are an exciting long term play.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance. My stress level is half of what it was at my previous organization and I feel like I have more to be proud of from a work output here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We live the "got your back" value day in and out. People are willing to let you know when you stumble and how to recover as well as let you have balance with work and home life. But we also rally together to get stuff done swiftly and effectively. Dream team!
